Club Car Carryall 295 Plow Install

 Probably our favorite Club Car product the Carryall 295 with the Kubota diesel engine

 The customer brought us some new and used components and wanted us to custom mount the plow

 Here is the new camo winch we brought

 Because of the configuration of the front bar and the winch design we could not use the mounting plate that came with the winch. We fabricated a mounting plate using heavy wall aluminum channel

 Here we have the winch mounted in place, now it is time to run the wiring and position the plow

 Here you can see we mounted the plow using the standard ATV mid mount and fabricated mounting plates from the frame of the Carryall 295. This machine plows so well and handles this blade like nothing.

 We also had the customers snowmobile in for a couple modifications as well

 Here they are both put into our delivery trailer ready to go back to their home

 Starting to get into the motor end of this project, dropped the oil out of the tank.

 Removing the oil tank to gain access to the RH engine cover

 Removed the cooling fan and dropped the coolant, then removed the radiator

 A shot of the RH side of the sled with some of the components removed

 Opened up the engine to gain access to the PTO end bolt

Shipping the Strictly Cart

 Here we are packing up a cart for a customer that purchased it from Sask. Canada for his wife for Christmas!

 We build a lower wood crate to ensure it is properly protected for it's trip.

 After everything is secured in place we do a final plastic wrap for added protecting and to ensure everything stays in place.
