 The body is sanded and prepped, ready for paint

 This rear seat kit uses the factory seat and roof supports, that why we really like this kit

 Seat cushions are installed

 New upholstery on the front as well, it's starting to look like a cart now

 We installed a battery level meter in the factory battery indicator location

 The new black roof is now installed and looking really good

 All finished with the tinted windshield

SC Carts 09 Precedent Build

 Here's a frame from a 2009 Club Car Precedent, just back from media blasting

 Here's another picture, you can see that this cart was disassembled down to nothing

 Starting to install the front end components, these parts have also been refinished in factory black paint

 We now have the upper and lower a arms installed along with the front body support

 We tied the rear end together with the bumper and leaf spring hangars

 Front shocks installed

 Rear body supports installed

 We even refinish the brake drums, these were sanded and painted in factory black

 This cart is getting a rear seat kit so we have opted to install a set of heavy duty leaf springs

 Here they are installed

 We are also installing a 6" lift to allow for the 14" rim and tire package

 Lining up the rear end with the new lift kit, also you can see the new speed sensor (wires) installed on the motor

 Here we have installed the steering box

 Here we have installed the rear under body the battery box, the steering column, the electronics and we have ran the wiring for the front and rear light kit

 We now installed the pedal group, and adjusted the brakes correctly

 We have installed the pedal cover panel in preparation for the floor mat

 We have installed the front under body

 Here we have put in the lower dash/cup holders

 The front light bar/bumper package installed and looking good

Now it's ready for paint and then we can do finally assembly

DS utility cart

 Here is a 2003 Club Car DS that is built for utility purpose but still looks great while being usefull

This is exactly how it came to us

We started the tear down

After we completely tore down the cart we sent the frame  to sandblasting so we could start with a clean slate

Washing each part ensures the cart goes back together like new

Getting the body ready to be painted

Masked off for the two tone paint job

Ready for clear and pinstripe
