Simolo Customs Ephasis Custom Bike Build

Here is the start of our all aluminum build, Ephasis, this bike will be finished in clear powder coat, with only the seat, rubber and engine being black.

Turning the steering neck in our CNC lathe
The steering neck on the left is a standard steering neck for a custom v-twin bike and the one on the right is for the aluminum build!

Preheating the neck so it can be properly welded to the thinner back bone
Our jig table allows us to build the jig with the bike as we need
Ready to be welded

Starting the frame from scratch

Getting the seat tubes just right
Fitting the rear rim, just to get a look
Tranny and rear engine mounting points, we ensure that the drive line sits centered weight wise in the bike. This gives you a balanced ride without having to ride side saddle
You can really start to see the lines now
You can see the tank needs a decent stretch
